D’Arcy & Co. – Shipping Policy
Production Time
All products sold by D’Arcy & Co. are custom 3D-printed and made to order.
Each item is individually printed, finished, and assembled once an order has been confirmed.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on order volume and product complexity.
Orders will only move to the shipping stage once the printing, quality inspection, and assembly process has been completed.

Order Processing
Once a product has been completed, it will be carefully inspected and packaged for shipment.
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after production is complete, depending on courier collection schedules.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Weekend & Public Holiday Dispatch
To protect products during transit, D’Arcy & Co. does not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
This helps prevent packages from remaining in courier depots or delivery vehicles for extended periods, which may increase the risk of damage.
Orders completed towards the end of the week will therefore be dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within South Africa are generally:
• 1–2 business days for local or major metropolitan areas
• 2–4 business days for regional areas or other provinces
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, delivery handling and timeframes fall under the responsibility of the courier provider.
While D’Arcy & Co. ensures that all items are securely packaged, we cannot control courier handling or delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Proof of Delivery
All orders shipped by D’Arcy & Co. are sent using courier services that provide tracking and proof of delivery.
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier provider, including delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or delivery photo where applicable, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
If a customer believes a package has been delivered incorrectly, they must notify D’Arcy & Co. within 24 hours so that we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier company.
While we will assist in resolving courier-related issues, D’Arcy & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier service.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that the delivery address provided is secure and accessible at the time of delivery.

Inspection on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage or issues must be reported to D’Arcy & Co. within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel so that the matter can be investigated with the courier service if necessary.
